Our in-house balancing service uses the latest Schenck technology to provide reliable , cost-effective operation for virtually any size rotor. A wide variety of machines are available that can accommodate short runs for prototype development and overhaul applications to large scale productions runs. Our workshop is equipped with 3 balancing machines able to cover need for reliable balancing of every rotor ranging from 0,5 kg up to 3 tons.
Turbo Poland is able to perform a variety of repairing services including, but not limited to: repairing turbine blades and casings by welding, metal spraying bearing and seat journals, re-felting air filter silencers, exchanging and machining of turbine blades. Our services are based on evaluation by Non Destructive Test techniques like dye penetrant test and UV tests. Quality of performed repairs and final material charactereristics are reassured by range of tests (thickness measurement) and can be subject to class society approval.
